We can discuss this dynamic in the initial meeting and get you ready for the group. It is highly unlikely you can affect the culture of the group.

Most of our growth is around the corners we aren't willing to peek around. In general, It will be worth your courage to take an unfamiliar leap instead of continuing with the patterns and fears that are part of your current experience. 

I will offer homework between the sessions. Even if you miss one group you will still benefit.

Also, if you know in advance you’ll miss multiple sessions, it may be best to wait for another round of the group.

The members you meet on the first day are the ones that will be with you the whole time unless they drop out, and no new members will be added.

The group will be limited to 10 couples, giving you ample time and space to be heard.
